Les Bavards was created in 2002 with the idea to provide a social occasion to parlez en Français. We have over 450 people on the e-mail list. If you have any events that you would like for me to include on this website, please send me an e-mail. |

Salut Mes AmisAfter much contemplation, I have decided to suspend Les Bavards for a few months. The low attendance the past number of months and the lack of centrally located host volunteers has made keeping the group up a lot of work for little return.
So for at least April and May Les Bavards will not be gathering. I am toying with the idea of just a few summer gatherings and maybe the holiday party instead of every month. Maybe even change up the day of the month, etc. I am also considering we all meet up on a Sunday for one of the City Park Jazz evenings.
While I truly appreciate those of you live outside of central Denver who have volunteered to host, there seems to be a huge drop in numbers when people have to go a bit further.
With that in mind... if you are interested in hosting Les Bavards this summer and are centrally located :-) please let me know.
In the meantime, I hope each of you are well and I will be in touch when an event is again scheduled.
